Hi! This is a nice big room in a clean big house. The house is very new and located close to shops and public transport. The is a small park in front of the house. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is a big living room. Of course you can register. There are 3 housemates where you will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom with. They are mixed male-female. The room is available from the 30th of September onwards. If you have any questions please let us know in a message! Please be aware that it is not allowed to share any contact info via your messages before you make a booking, this platform will block your contact info. The room is only available for students from another city then Amsterdam. The base price is € 300,00 per month. The cost for furniture is € 100,00 per month. Utilities are mentioned above.
