Hallo ihr Lieben! Ein schönes, helles Zimmer in unserer tollen WG ist frei geworden! Hier ein paar Hard Facts... Wir haben ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, wo viele gemeinsame WG- Abende stattfinden. Sind es Filmabende mit Projektor oder ein Gläschen Wein neben dem Kamin in guter Gesellschaft. Unsere wunderbare offene Küche bietet viel Arbeitsfläche, eine Küchentheke und ziemlich alle Gadgets die man sich wünschen könnte. Unsere WG liegt im schönen, zentralen 5. Bezirk. (5 Minuten Fußweg zur U4 Station Margaretengürtel). Weiteres findest du einen Spar, einen Hofer sowie Ströck, Post, Apotheke oder Trafik in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zu uns... Sandra ist knackige 27 Jahre alt und ein aufgeweckter, freudiger Mensch. Sie reist gerne für ihre Studien, Praktika aber auch Lebenserfahrung in der Welt herum. Sie liebt Filme, guten Wein und Gespräche über den Sinn des Lebens. Der zweite im Bunde ist der lebensfrohe Roland. Er ist 28 und leitet sein eigenes Unternehmen. Durch seinen einzigartigen Humor gibt es immer viel lachen. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Koch und auch seine Cocktails sollte man probiert haben. Hinzuzufügen ist, dass Roland raucht. Er tut dies jedoch bei unserer Balkontür (wir haben keinen Balkon aber eine Balkontür haha) Wir suchen eine/n nette/n, humorvolle/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der sich gut in unser harmonisches WG- leben einfügt.
