ROOM DESCRIPTION: The room has a single bed with bed linen, wardrobe and desk. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double and two single) an equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, 2 bathrooms, bright living room, all furnished, heating, elevator, intercom with video camera. LOCATION: It is located very close to the Metro line 5 blue (Sagrada Familia station), very close to the temple. In the area there are Bus Stops and all kinds of shops and supermarkets. LIFE IN THE APARTMENT: You will share the apartment with 2 girls (each one has her own room). They study and do an internship. There is a cheerful, familiar, colloquial and respectful and clean atmosphere. I can speak English, French and Italian with the tenants and I am always in touch with them. ✨ IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Fortnightly Contract only on the 1st month: If you move-in before the half of the month, you'll pay for the full month. If you move-in after, you will only pay half of the rent for that month. The last month is paid completely, regardless the move-out date.
