It is available for students this private bedroom which is in a dependance, next to the house of the landlords, but it is completely independent with separate entrance and a private bathroom. At your disposal there will be shelves, desk, chairs and a bed, with beautiful large windows that overlook a very nice garden. You can relax in the garden or even in the terrace located right above the room. Both will be obviously shared with the landlords, a couple. The room has AC for both cooling and heating, also gas heating and Wi-Fi. This room was usually rented by American students. So the landlord has got experience with it. IMPORTANT: please mind that there is NO KITCHEN and the use of the kitchen in the landlords house is not allowed. The landlady and the tenant can agree to have the landlady prepare the meals, all delicious typical and healthy italian dishes. The same must be agreed for laundry. In that case, extra costs must be paid (10 euro for each meal - preferably dinner - ok for 5 days a week, NOT on Saturdays or Sundays) Whether the tenat would prefer to have a cooking heater and a fridge in their room it is possible to have it. The room is located in Le Cure area, nearby you will find post offices, shops, supermarkets (Coop in 5 min walk) and of course bus stops, to easily reach the city historic centre (20-30 min by public transport) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. E' disponibile per gli studenti questa camera privata che si trova in una dependance, accanto alla casa dei proprietari, ma è completamente indipendente con ingresso separato e un bagno privato. A vostra disposizione ci saranno scaffali, scrivania, sedie e un letto, con belle finestre grandi che si affacciano su un giardino molto bello. Potrete rilassarvi e spostarvi comodamente nel giardino o anche nella terrazza situata proprio sopra la stanza. Entrambi saranno ovviamente condivisi con i padroni di casa, una coppia. La stanza ha l'aria condizionata sia per il raffreddamento che per il riscaldamento, presente anche il riscaldamento a gas e il Wi-Fi. Questa stanza viene solitamente affittata da studenti americani. Quindi il padrone di casa ha esperienza con studenti e affitti ad internazionali. IMPORTANTE: si prega di notare che NON c'è una cucina e l'uso della cucina in casa dei proprietari non è consentito. La padrona di casa e l'inquilino possono concordare che sia la padrona di casa a preparare i pasti, tutti deliziosi piatti tipici e sani italiani. Lo stesso deve essere concordato per il bucato. In questo caso, ci saranno dei costi extra da sostenere.
