Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a common living room, it is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, right in the center next to the Plaza de Toros, very well connected by metro and bus with the rest of the city, and direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia less than 2 minutes walking. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: single bed, bed linen, towels, spacious closets for your belongings and study/work area. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the owner and the tenants, 2 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24€). For us, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to provide fast and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be repaired, it will be taken care of in the blink of an eye. Don't wait any longer and contact us: we are your home away from home!
