A modern studio apartment (with elevator) for rent in Mariannenplatz in Kreuzberg. This nice apartment is minimalist and modern. The kitchen and living room occupy the main space. In the fully equipped kitchen, there’s a microwave, a stove-top, a fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage! You’ll also find a foldable table and chairs. This area is great for eating. There is also a desk, a sofa, plenty of shelving, and a balcony with a courtyard view. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. The apartment provides a queen size bed and expandable sofa bed for a 2 in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The flat is perfect for couples or single person. Marianneplatz is a beautiful quite square with a beautiful church and plenty of cafés - it doesn’t get any better than here! Grocery stores are nearby. It’s mandatory to have a valid personal liability insurance for the tenants during the stay. (It’s cost about 40€/year) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
