ENGLISH I am renting out a small studio with private independent entrance in the centre of Florence, next to Piazza Santa Croce. As you can see from the photos, the studio has a loft bed. Downstairs there is a private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with dishes, plates, pots. There is also a table with chairs and a closet. There is no washing machine, but down the street there is a public laundry that works with coins. Contract registration and domicilio are possible, NO permanent residence. The apartment is bright and nice a few steps from the square and the Basilica of Santa Croce. The location is very central and strategic: nearby there are many pubs, bars, restaurants as well as supermarkets and pharmacy within walking distance. You can also find means of transports and bus stops in 2 mins. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Non é presente una lavatrice nello studio, ma nelle vicinanze é disponibile una lavanderia a pagamento. L'alloggio é luminoso e curato, adatto anche a una coppia, a due passi dalla Piazza e dalla Basilica di Santa Croce. La posizione é molto centrale e strategica, nei dintorni sono presenti numerosi pub, bar, locali, ristoranti nonché supermercati e farmacia a 2 minuti.
