Description

Room to rent in 3-bedroom shared flat, suitable for student. Windows are fully fitted with exterior blackout blinds and fly screens. 15 mins by tram to University. Within walking distance of the city centre. Ideal location near shops and transport. A variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Situated opposite the beautiful Liechtenstein Palais Park, which is open to the public:) The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and there was never any problem. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN! Deposit money €1000,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.) please. The deposit is returned after your check-out. Please also pay your monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided of course. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
