The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything once a year. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money €1500,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided.
