Description

Large corner room with french balcony overlooking the Palais Liechtenstein and its gardens with a second window facing a quiet side street. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with lift. Trams D, 5 and 33 stops are 100m away and the U4 underground four minutes walk. Franz Josephs train station in JuliusTandler Platz is two minutes away. Shops, bars and restaurants catering for all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity with shops opening on Sundays. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises. We have worked with Housing Anywhere for years without problems. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Therefor we ask for the Deposit money €1300,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.). How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund
