Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Mietverhältnis zu verlängern. Es ist ein Kühlschrank, ein 2-er Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Einbauschränke, W-LAN und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Genügend Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Strom wird monatlich separat abgerechnet (Stromzähler vorhanden). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a top-loading washing machine. Both Velux windows are equipped with blackout blinds so that the flat can be completely darkened. There is a fridge, a 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, built-in cupboards and wifi. There is plenty of parking space on the street, so there is no need to search for a parking space. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Electricity is charged separately (electricity meter available). Surroundings: Good infrastructure, shops, doctors as well as public transport stops in the immediate vicinity (721, 724, U75, S1). By bike or on foot you can reach the recreation area Unterbacher See (outdoor swimming pools, jogging, sailing, rowing, surfing...). For non-smokers with civilised behaviour.
