As you can see from the photos, this studio is in perfect condition because it has been renovated with care and attention to detail. Independent heating, furnished with all comforts, with double bed, desk, table and chairs. Also present flat screen TV, sofa and closet with several shelves. The bathroom, also renovated, is complete with mirror and shower. There is a new kitchen with oven and gas hob. The building in which it is located is new, in Piazza Puccini, Porta al Prato. Nearby there are many supermarkets (Esselunga 5 min walk) clubs and bars. A few meters (3 min walk) there is also a bus stop. The University of Florence and the Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Forestry Sciences and Technologies is within walking distance.
