Du verfügst über einen Kabel- und WLAN Anschluss, Kasten, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Doppelbett mit ausfahrbare Schubladen, Nachtkasten, Bücherregal und viele Smart-Lampen. LAGE Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im 4. Bezirk und grenzt an den 1. Bezirk. Sie ist wirklich sehr zentral, perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar sind nicht weit weg sowie der Hofer der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die U-Bahn Verbindung ist auch perfekt. Die näheste U-Bahn Station is 2 Minuten zu Fuß und der Karlsplatz von dem man aus eigentlich schnell überall nach Wien kommt ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. WG-LEBEN Da ich (Flo) ausziehe, sucht die Wg einen neuen Mitbewohner der mein Zimmer mieten kann. Meine Mitbewohner Arian und Chris sind sehr offen und ziemlich sportlich unterwegs. Arian studiert Netzwerktechnik auf der TU und Chris Molekulare Biotechnologie auf der FH in Wien. Arian kocht bspw. sehr gern und beide sind wirklich gechillte Leute. Für sie ist es wichtig, schon allein weil es eine 3er WG ist, dass man sich gut versteht. Wenn du dich also für Molekularbiotrchnologie, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder Sport interessierst bist, dann wirst du hier eine gute Zeit haben, wenn nicht natürlich auch. Ihr könnt mir gerne eine Email schicken oder einfach eine Nachricht. Ich sollte normalerweise den ganzen Tag für euch erreichbar sein.
