This bright flat is furnished to a high standard and also creates a comfortable living experience with its parquet flooring and furnished balcony. You have a living/sleeping area, an open kitchenette and a modern bathroom. This beautiful property also features high ceilings that give the area a roomy and fresh feeling, large windows that brighten the living spaces, exceptional decoration, a beautiful balcony, a TV, a workspace, an ironing board with iron, bicycle cellar, a washing machine and dryer (both coin operated) in the laundry room, simply put, a lovely long-term stay! The needs of each guest are individual. You are welcome to ask us at any time for further equipment, such as a microwave, hairdryer, iron/board or a second set of bed linen for your visit. We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will gladly consider your wishes according to our possibilities. We offer a service (cleaning, towel and bed linen change) for a separate fee. Deposit is 1-2 monthly rents, depending on the length of the rental period. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
