This is an exclusive roof apartment in the very center of Graz. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with each double bed. Each further person after 1 pays EUR 750,-/night. In the middle of the bedrooms there is a spacious living room with kitchenette and cooking island. There is really lots of space to meet together in the evening and look over the roofs of Graz towards Schloßberg while eating dinner. The apartment has many balconys. But pay attention that smoking is not allowed on the balconys. The apartment is situated in the 4th floor and has an extra private hallway. Perfect connection to universities (just 7 walking minutes to the main university) and all other locations because of perfect bus and tram connections from main square (5 minutes walk) and Jakominiplatz (3 minutes walk). Herrengasse, the main street of Graz, is only 1 minute walk away. A spar supermarket is just two buildings away from the apartment. If needed we can organize a parking space for EUR 15,-/day. Wlan-connection is provided for free. The only thing you bring with you is pillows and blanket covers, towels. Or you can rent those items for EURO 9,-/person/set.
