The bedroom features a comfortable double bed providing you with the best nights of sleep (with provided bed linen and towels), a closet offering all the space you need for your belongings, your own desk to enjoy some peaceful reading, studying or working, and you're free to decorate it and imprint your style into it! There is also a swimming pool and a sauna in the building that are free to use for tenants (currently not in use due to Corona). The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. The area is highly residential, so the surroundings are perfect for relaxing strolls. Within walking distance you will be able to reach the bus stop, the subway stop, the supermarket, and everything you'll need to live comfortably! The rent also includes the costs for heating and internet, but electricity is charged with an additional €60 per month (billing according to actual consumption).
