APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is at 3rd floor with elevator, conveniently located near a supermarket and public transport, with Schwedenplatz just a 15-minute walk away. - Recommended for 1 person, but if booking for 2 people, please inform us beforehand. We will discuss further details. The apartment might cost some more; Applicants interested in booking this apartment are expected to illustrate their source of income. Please introduce yourself, including nationality, age, university course if applicable, and type of job if working. 4. PRICING - Different prices are set for different months due to the apartment being offered for short-term stays as well. Rent for January may differ from rent for June. For long-term rentals (several months or 1 year), a fixed monthly amount can be agreed upon. - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the adjusted price. It will be about € 100 per day, or more, depending on the season; The €170 labeled as "other additional costs" are condominium/administrator costs and include the yearly check of the boiler. I don't get that money; - Meldezzettel and or rental agreement will be provided, but it will turn into a + 20% on the total rental cost; 5 PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Utility costs and additional required costs (building costs) must be paid each month in advance. - there is a new law in Austria which obliges all the real estate unit to pay the TV licence even if there is not TV in the apartment. 6. DEPOSIT - A €1000 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio, provided there are no damages to the property. If the guest asked a signed Meldezzettel, the deposit will be returned after the cancellation of residency (Abmeldung). - This is a strictly no-smoking apartment. If smoke odor is detected at the end of your stay, €100 will be withheld from your deposit for extraordinary cleaning. 7. RESERVATION PROCESS if for some “misterious” reason you are not allowed to select the wished dates, that is not a mistery or a bug in the system, that simply means the wished dates are already booked and unavailable; - If you make a reservation, you will need to send a copy of your ID...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
