If the guest asked a signed Meldezzettel, the deposit will be returned after the cancellation of residency (Abmeldung) 6. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the adjusted price. It will be about € 100 per day, depending on the season and the number you are. - there is a new law in Austria which obliges all the real estate unit to pay the TV licence even if there is not TV in the apartment. ADDITIONAL COSTS - The €270 labeled as "other additional costs" are condominium/administrator costs and include the yearly check of the boiler. I don't get that money;...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund
