When you contact me please write this information in your first message: - Brief introduction of yourself. - Your main reason to come to Rome: if you are a Student or a Worker. - Your main source of income (if you are a student, you need to have a guarantor or a valid proof of income) IMPORTANT INFORMATION 3.LOCATION: - Situated near the popular Piazza Campo dei Fiori and John Cabot University. - Close proximity to bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport. - Trastevere is within walking distance. 4. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: - Accommodates up to 3 people, but recommended for 1 person. - For 2 or 3 guests, prior notification is required before booking, it might cost an extra, i.e. € 5 x day x person more. - Legal rental contract available with a 15% increase in rent, requested before booking. 5. BOOKING PROCESS: - if for some reason you are not allowed to select the wished dates, that is not a bug in the system, that simply means the wished dates are already booked and unavailable; - First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in; 6. PRICING: -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay; - Electricity fee includes an advance payment of €75 with additional charges for consumption beyond 150 Kwh per month. - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of €50. - "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid monthly to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it). - If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it. - the Tenant Protection fee you will be charged is simply the H.A. fee or commission. They collect it, not me. 7. DEPOSIT: - €1000 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded by bank transfer after check-out after inspection. 8. EARLY DEPARTURE: - One-month notice required for early departure. - Shorter notice might result in deposit retention. Thank you for your attention to these details. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
