IMPORTANT INFORMATION 3. Additional costs may apply, and we will discuss further details. The studio can host max 2 people. There is 1 double bed. - It's not possible to get a rental contract and establish residency in this studio. - John Cabot University and Campo dei Fiori are also nearby. - All amenities such as bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport are within walking distance. 4. BOOKING PROCESS - After your booking and before check-in, please send a copy of your passport or ID. - Introduce yourself at the time of booking and describe your source of income. 5. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - The washing machine mentioned is not inside the property. There is a laundry facility 5 minutes walking from the apartment, and you will receive a €25 voucher per month included in your rent. - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the actual cost. It will be about € 120 per day - For bookings of several months, you can terminate the contract earlier with at least 1 month's notice. A shorter notice period will result in deposit retention. 6. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Electricity fee (€75) and other building costs are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month. - The electricity fee is an advance payment. Due to recent increases in energy costs, a flat rate cannot be established. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 300 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh after exceeding 300 kWh. - Cleaning fee for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in. - "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it). - A €1000 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
