Check out this beautiful studio flat! This flat is just the right size for one person. A bright, tasteful and light-flooded flat welcomes you after a busy day. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and have a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and WC. In the living area there is a high-quality sofa bed, which offers a great feeling of space during the day and becomes a comfortable bed in the evening with just a few hand movements. Weekly general cleaning of the flat including the changing of bed lining, towels and dish towels. Also, hygienic paper, dishwasher tabs and refuse bags will be refilled. A dishwasher can be found in the flat and a washing machine and dryer is available in the building. The monthly rent price is €1600 (€54 per night). This rent includes weekly cleaning service. However, this rent does not include the final cleaning service which costs €95. If requested, there are also parking facilities available.
