The apartment has 3 separate rooms, each with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The kitchen is separate with a stove, 2 large refrigerators. A washroom with 2 toilets and a urinal are available. Each room has a separate shower cubicle for private use. The 3 shower cubicles are equipped with modern massage showers (one on a tripod and the second mobile) and are located in a shared wet room that can be locked. There are also 2 sinks with a large mirror. A washing machine and a dryer are also there. More pictures on request. Each room is furnished with a table + wardrobe and 2 chairs. Linen is changed every week. towels are there (no bath towels). WiFi with a repeater to boost the internet signal is available on site. Minimum stay 2 nights! The price for the rent for 1 month is 850 € also just for a one guest. every one more must pay extra 150 € for 1 Month Quiet after 10 p.m SMOKING is not permitted in the property. A smoking place in front of the entrance is specially set up and nicely equipped. Hygiene in the kitchen and on the toilet after use is a matter of course. No open food should be left on the table.
