Contratto a stanza, minimo 6 mesi.L'appartamento è così suddiviso: cucina abitabile con terrazzo, dotata di frigo, forno, lavastoviglie; grande bagno con vasca, soppalco (per riporre valigie ecc.) e lavatrice; ripostiglio con finestra; condizionatore d’aria (in grado di refrigerare, data la sua posizione, tutte le stanze dell’abitazione), 4 camere (3 già occupate) ed un ripostiglio dotato di finestra. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere. Tutte le camere sono dotate di presa tv ed internet. L'appartamento è dotato di un piccolo ripostiglio esterno esclusivo per il deposito delle biciclette.
