The apartment also has a kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and a table, as well as a dressing room.On the balcony smoking is allowed. In the apartment smoking is not permitted. The property is located in a very quiet location near the trade fair .You can reach the trade fair only in 25 min. by walk ( 2,2 km) You can reach Düsseldorf Airport in 20 (hidden) walk , city center in 20 min.
