SINGOLA CON BAGNO IN CAMERA PRIVATO Situata in Via Quarantola 46, zona Porta a Mare, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Pisa Centrale e dal capolinea degli autobus urbani la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort: microonde, lavatrice, tv, adsl con fibra ottica, posto bici, posti auto privati e nel piccolo parcheggio adiacente, pompe di calore (caldo e freddo) in ogni stanza con relativo contatore, così da pagare solo ciò che si consuma. Nell'ampio giardino è presente la zona lavanderia e vi è disponibilità per posto auto e bici.
