The flat has 2 common rooms of which one is a whole with the lovely kitchen. In addition, the flat has a fantastic walk-in shower with rain shower. The house is located in a very safe and quiet area and only 10 minutes by bike from the Erasmus University, within walking distance a shopping centre where a supermarket is located and within a few minutes by bike you will find the district shopping centre Het Lage Land where there is a market every Friday. And last but not least, the Kralingse Bos is practically your backyard as it is located a few hundred metres as the crow flies from the flat. If you have a car you can park it for free in front of the apartment! You will be living together with Brigitte, I am a cheerful positive person and active as a real estate entrepreneur.
