Superb city location, known as Plava Laguna with excellent reputation, everything you need is just there. In passage of the building there is pattiserie, snack bar, bakery, take away and home delivery service, food market place with fresh fruits and vegetables and much more, bars, supermarket Mercator. About 50-100 m to health centre, pharmacy, Hoffer and Lidl supermarkets, small shops, restaurants and other. City bikes and city bus stop are in a distance of about 50 m. PARKING is available as FREE OF CHARGE behind the ramp (you receive a remote control), but it is up to avalibility. There are also plenty of street parking possibilities, but to be payed during certain hours, except Sundays (free after 19.00 and Sundays). Core city center, main train and bus station are in a walking distance about 850 m. Studio is in the fifth floor (9 floor building), accessable by lift or stairs, 26.85 m2 of space. It was totaly renovated in April 2021, fully equiped, very bright and cosy with panoramic window. It has city central heating, 24 hour hot water, high speed internet, tv. Basic housekeeping service every 14 days is already included in the price. For a longer stay it is more convenient to accommodate one person, but also possible for two persons. There is a bathroom with shower, wc, sink, washing machine, cabinet; living room consists of a kitchen part (stove, fridge, microwave), sitting area and a bed with "pull out" extra bed; small hallway with wardrobes.
