Hello Dear, I have a beautiful, fully furnished room for rent with a lovely open view. The rental starts with a 3-month contract, with the possibility to extend. The apartment is located in a culturally diverse and lively neighborhood with a wide variety of shops. Sloterpark is just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby amenities: Two shopping areas: One within 5 minutes walking distance Sierplein (10 minutes walk), featuring a lively weekly market every Wednesday. Excellent public transport connections Metro station within 5 minutes walking distance, providing fast access to the city center. Shared facilities: Kitchen (gas stove), etc. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, room drying rack. Separate toilet. Tenant preference: I am looking for one reliable, easy-going, and tidy person, either working or studying. House is shared with 2 other tenants.
