Die Wohnung hat caa.70qm und besteht aus einer Küche (Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschank) mit Tisch, Stühlen und Eckbank, kleiner Abstellraum, ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer möbliert und ein Wohnzimmer ebenfalls möbliert. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig, von einem Garten umgeben und eignet sich auch gut für Home-Office . Der Garten kann genutzt werden, Gartentisch und Stühle vorhanden. Inbegriffen sind: Handtücher, Bettbezüge, Internet, TV, CD/Radiogerät. Parkplatz auf dem Anwesen vorhanden. Falls gewünscht hätte ich auch zwei Fahrräder. Der Ort ist umgeben von Wäldern, Weihern und zwei Naturschutzgebieten. Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land, 11km von der Innstadt Erlangens entfernt, 16km von Herzogenaurach und nach Höchstadt sind es 11km. Alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im 2km entfernten Hessdorf gibt es diverse Supermärkte, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker sowie Eisdiele und diverse Restaurants. Die Verbindung nach Erlangen, Herzogenaurach und Höchstadt ist mit dem Bus möglich, dieser fährt von hier, Niederlindach, oder dem 1 km entfernten Hannberg, (von Hannberg aus gibt es mehr Verbindungen) in ca. 15-20min ist man in Erlangen.
