The subway is 600meters (6min walk) away, and there are a lot of groceries and restaurants around the area. From the subway it is a 8-10minute ride to get to the city center. Bed sheets and towels have hotel standard as the owner is in this business. Cleaning Fee: 95€ (one time) For longer rentals 1-3 monthly rents deposit apply. Possibly to pay electricity directly to provider (total costs stay the same)...
