Our flats with balcony are located on the top floor of the 5-storey building and are approx. 20 sqm in size. A modern look indoors in green and brown provides a harmonious colour scheme for feeling good and relaxing. The furnished flats with air conditioning offer optimal possibilities for pleasant stays for one person. A weekly cleaning service as well as a change of towels, bed linen and tea towels ensure relaxed and well-kept living. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker and basic kitchen equipment. The flat is equipped with air conditioning. Our particularly good location allows quick transport connections in all directions by car or public transport: direct access at the "Mörsenbroicher Ei" to the A52 motorway and via this to the A44, A3 and in a southerly direction to the A57.
