The neighborhood is bustling with shops, restaurants, bakeries, and more. For professionals or digital nomads, LACS Anjos coworking space is less than a 5-minute walk away. Transportation is also a breeze, as the apartment is within walking distance of bus stops and the Anjos metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additional Information: - Linens and Towels: Two sets are provided upon arrival for your use, with maintenance being your responsibility. Alternatively, you can opt for a monthly service package that includes weekly towel replacements and bed sheet changes every 15 days, available for an additional fee; - A weekly cleaning service for common areas and rooms is included in the rent; - Utility Bills: €50 per room/month, included in the rent; - Parties: Not allowed; - Overnight Guests: Permitted for up to 5 nights per month, with a maximum room occupancy of 2 people. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
