Non-smoking apartment! It is a very big apartment, there are 4 bedrooms in the flat and 2 bathrooms. The atmosphere here is very nice and everyone is very friendly and respectful. We have basic house rules, which everyone respects to keep everything clean and tidy and to keep it quiet. It is important to us that you respect these rules if you move in with us :) The house rules are: - No shoes in the house - Clean up after yourself in the common areas - No showers after 22.00 due to sound building regulations - Quiet hours between: 22.00 - 8.00 - No visitors - Do not download any illegal content from the internet (movies, music, books etc) - No registration to the flat (negotiable if you stay for a long period such as more than 6 months...
