One-bedroom nice apartment in Athens! This top-floor apartment is conveniently located near several popular destinations in Athens. It is only a 15-minute walk to either the Acropolis or Plaka and an 8-minute walk to the Syngrou-Fix metro stop. The Panteio University is also nearby, just a 10-minute walk away. Access to the apartment is via an elevator. Inside, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience), and a kitchen. kitchen is equipped with stove , oven , fridge. There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling Please note that we do not operate 24/7.
