It's located 8 minutes biking from Rotterdam Central station, and with easy access to highways directed to Den Haag / Amsterdam and Utrecht. The street has plenty of parking opportunity. It's possible to get a parking license. The apartment is located on the first floor of a causy house. with international tenants. The other apartments in the house are occupied by highly educated young people, age around 20-35. The apartment has a bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The kitchen is open and connected with the rest of the studio. The apartment is fully furnished and upholstered. Bed, wardrobe, couch, table, 4 chairs. Furthermore, there is a new 32 inch HD Smart TV. Kitchen equipment; electric stove, fridge (with small freezer area), dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, and everything else. Just outside the entry door of the apartment there is a proper washing machine with dryer included. The rent for the apartment in total is 1500,- euro per month. This includes apartment rent and service costs for Internet, TV connection, gas, water and electricity, etc. REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE FOR THIS PERIOD. SHORT TERM RENT....
