Description

You are an Erasmus EU student and you are looking for a place to stay in historic Rome and want to live in a popular student area. Here is a nice apartment right next to the La Sapienza University of Rome. Here you will find all the comforts of home and you know what it means to live in this beautiful city - a wonderful experience! Nearby you will find some local shops, cafes, restaurants and markets, as well as some transport links that will take you anywhere in the city. There are also some parks and gardens around and amazing cultural places that you can't forget to explore! If you were looking for a cozy place then this property will impress you! Start your adventure by finding the ideal starting point! Rent a bed for € 375.00 per month plus € 30,00 for the bills, in room number 2 to share with your friend who will occupy the other bed at the same cost, so you will pay € 750.00 plus € 60,00 in two. If you see the photo of the floor plan, the apartment has bedroom number 1, bedroom number 2 and an extra room with only one bed plus bathroom and kitchen to share. Room number 1 - and room number 2 - each have two beds that can be easily joined as a double bed, so both rooms can also be rented for single use to one person at a cost of € 750.00 plus € 30,00 for the bills, but when one of the two rooms is rented as a single the other room must be rented as a double and room number 1 usually remains double for € 750,00 plus € 60,00 for the bills. The third bedroom (extra bedroom) has no window because it is internal and has double access (one from the kitchen and one from the entrance) so it is usually available to guests. Please note that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. It is therefore not possible to exchange contact data and offer opinions. If you wish to book the room, send me a booking request or a message indicating your age, your gender, your origin and the type of study I can not wait to see you! Also remember that: - The deposit consists of one month's rent, it is a guarantee for damage and will be returned when the keys are returned; - The monthly fee is advanced at the beginning of each month; - for the supply of bed linen and towels, the final professional sanitization of € 50.00 per room is charged; - the condominium rules relating to civil life must be respected; - You will have to provide the holder with a copy of the identity document and a copy of the Erasmus project approved by the university (of origin or arrival) in which the number of months to spend in Rome has been written. - You will not be able to establish your domicile or residence in the apartment...

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
