Are you an Erasmus student from the EU and looking for a place to stay in historic Rome, in a popular student area? Here's a charming apartment right next to Sapienza University of Rome. Here you'll find all the comforts of home and will experience what it means to live in this beautiful city: a wonderful experience! Nearby, you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, and local markets, as well as convenient transport links that will take you anywhere in the city. There are also several parks and gardens nearby, as well as incredible cultural sites you can't miss! If you're looking for a cozy place, this property will amaze you! Start your adventure by finding the perfect starting point! Rent room number 2 for €750.00 per month plus €30.00 in utilities, or rent a bed in the same room for €425.00, sharing with a friend who will occupy the other bed at the same price. Together, you'll pay €850.00 plus €60.00 (i.e., €425 plus €30 for two). The listing details indicate a fixed price for utilities for two people (€60), but if you're alone, it's half the price (€30). If you look at the floor plan, the apartment consists of bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and an additional room with a single bed, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 each have two beds that can easily be pushed together to make a comfortable double bed. Both rooms can be rented either for single occupancy by one person for €750.00 plus €30.00 for utilities, or for double occupancy by two people for €850.00 plus €60.00 for utilities. However, when one of the two rooms is rented as a single, the other must be rented as a double, and Bedroom 1 usually remains a double for €850.00 plus €60.00 for utilities. The third bedroom (an additional room) has no windows because it is internal and has two accesses (one from the kitchen and one from the entrance), so it is usually available to guests. Please note that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, we cannot exchange contact information or offer opinions. If you would like to book the room, please send me a booking request or message indicating your age, gender, nationality, and studio type. I look forward to seeing you! Please also note that: - The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent and serves as a guarantee for any damages. It will be refunded upon return of the keys and after checking that everything is in working order. - The monthly rent is paid in advance at the beginning of each month by the 5th of the month. - Sheets and towels are subject to a final professional sanitization fee of €50.00 per room. - You must comply with the condominium's rules of civil coexistence. - You must provide the landlord with a copy of your ID and a copy of the Erasmus project approved by your university (of residence or arrival) indicating the number of months you will be spending in Rome. - You will not be able to establish your domicile or residence in the apartment...
