Please bear in mind any accommodation located right in the city centre which is exterior and has a balcony could be a affected by noise from the street. We manage several studios in the same building all same characteristics, type and decor. NO elevator. But we have various studios available, maximum three floors. Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility....

- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
