At the moment WE JUST CAN RENT the flat from 12 days in advance as we have changed from Touristic flat to short term rental and these are the new rules from Valencian Community. Please tell us your goal to come to Valencia so that we can value the long of your stay. The whole flat is at your disposal. You access the flat through the main narrow stairs on the first floor. Our flat is the door at your left side. If you like to stay in an alternative colourful neighbourhood, the beach zone is all but boring. THERE IS NO LIFT/ELEVATOR to accede the flat. A brand new open kitchen is at disposal to prepare your meals. Buying prepare meals at Casa La Laia at the corner is the best option to spend great holidays with no needs for cooking. As well there are plenty of restaurants or even going to the supermarket is a great choice to buy food at your own taste. ----- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date.
