Dear all, I do offer a room in a shared flat in a newly build house. The room does have a balcony and is not yet furnished. However, upon request, I can put in a bed, desk and a wardrobe. The house does have 3 bathrooms - one on every floor, a complete kitchen with dishwasher and a terrace. All shared rooms do have underfloor heating and all private rooms do have heating elements. The bus stops directly infront of the house and, as Göttingen is a middle sized city, everything can be reached by bike or by foot. Within the next 2 month 2 other rooms will be available and a cool international shared flat can be created. Best regards Soere...
