It is located just behind the Plaza de Toros and just 5-10min walking distance you can find the coolest neighbourhood in Valencia, Ruzafa, and on the other side the Calle Colón, the Estación del Nord and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Due to its central location it has excellent communication with public transport (bus🚌 and metro🚇).... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨🔧👩🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time. If the overall expenditure exceeds said 60€/month, the cost difference will be split among the tenants of the apartment Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in. This way, you don't have to worry about arranging a deep clean when you're ready to move out—we take care of it for you...

Flexible cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
