Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a 100 x 200 cm bed and mattress, high quality blackout curtains, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start with 25 sqm upwards. Our studio is the ideal place to live and study. From here you can easily reach all Hamburg universities, not least because of the short distances to the S- and U-Bahn. Even shopping is easy: In only three minutes you can reach a shopping centre by foot. What's included: All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - Maintenance If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully. - Security For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. - Option to rent parking spaces We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will occur). This can be booked once the contract is confirmed. - Complete furnishing Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing. Further information: - A 50 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in - We are renting only to students! - Handover of keys Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00 - Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” You don ́t have to pay a cash deposit upfront. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
- Select your dates to check availability.
- Click Apply to rent.
- Fill in a quick rental application and send an intro message.
- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
- Messaging the landlord on HousingAnywhere to ask any questions.
- Requesting more photos, video tours, or floor plans.
- Read up on Tenant Protection to learn how you’re covered if something goes wrong.
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
