All'atto della prenotazione va versata la prima mensilità al sito e la cauzione direttamente al proprietario. La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore. La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Residenziale, centrale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti. Servita da metro lilla (fermata Domodossola a 300 mt) e passante (2 minuti direttamente in Cadorna senza fermate), tram e autobus di ogni tipo (1,14,19,43,57,78......

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
