Description

FULLY FURNISHED ROOM with OWN BATHROOM (Room 1) House and Room Room 1 is FULLY FURNISHED with it’s own bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a double bed + couch + desk + wardrobe! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). The bedroom size of the rooms with own bathroom is 18 m2. The bathroom has around 4 m2 so in total the rooms have 22 m2. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with an American XXL refrigerator, Siemens or Bosch devices and all necessary cooking equipment. We also provide you extra with two separate bathrooms in this one apartment (two showers, two toilets and one washing machine). Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. Due to the way the house is built, it can occasionally happen that the tap water takes up to 10 minutes to warm up. Location The shared flat is located on the 2nd floor in the 8th district in an incredibly quiet side lane. The area provides you with a lot of shopping opportunities and excellent connections with public transport. The metro station of U6 and several tram stations are remarkably close. The trams bring you within a few minutes to all universities, the shopping malls, parks and museums. Furthermore, the U6 brings you in just a few minutes to the Donau, Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße (biggest shopping street in Austria). Currently, the 8th district is the most popular, safest, most beautiful district for all social classes. Lawyers, doctors, engineers and students enjoy the eighth district because it is in the city and still offers a lot of peace and quiet. The next bar tour is only a 15-minute walk away, because then you are already in the 7th. In the 7th district, there is one bar after the next. So live in the 8th and celebrate in the 7th. Walking around in Vienna at night times is safe in all districts, especially in the districts 7–9. As you might know it is the most liveable and one of the safest cities in the world. Community Both of our CEO's are still under 30 and join most of our community events. You have here an incredible opportunity to live and celebrate together with the CEO's of two Start-Ups in Vienna. One of them is living in one of the flats in Vienna. He also moves to other rooms of ours sometimes so you can be sure that we provide the same excellent quality in each flat. We love bigger flats like Benogasse and that’s why we make them 😊 You will have 8 flatmates because there you have space for all kind of people. It’s perfect if you like to connect with others and sit together in the kitchen drink wine and beer and talk. But because of the big flat it’s also good if you do not want to connect always with the others because you never get forced to be social like in smaller flats 😊 Our CEO is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 7 roommates and he enjoys it extremely. Because if he needs to work and wants to have silence, he goes in his room but when he wants to talk and drink a after work beer he always finds someone in the flat who is motivated for it. It’s also good possible, because we always take care, that the common area is good noise protected from the rooms. Of course, the rooms to each other too. With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer grill events at the Danube, different partys, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events. One of our main aim is to build together with you a great open minded international community and provide you a live in Vienna with a lot of friends and social contacts like in your hometown. We say: “You can be to yourself if you want, but you don't have to be lonely if you don't want to!" This flat sharing is perfect for young open minded people who also want to get a great networking opportunity. At the end of the pictures you can see some of our community events. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
