King size bed (180 x 200 cm) with brand new linen, pillows and duvet. Extra single mattress (70 x 180 cm) for a potential visitor. Value with bills included (water, electricity, TV, WIFI-Internet), under responsible use (120€/month). Cleaning service available for an additional fee.
