Delightful apartment located on the second floor of a 1940s building in a very quiet street in the neighborhood, with pleasant views of the secular private park of Villa Vinci. It seems that Garibaldi, the Hero of the Two Worlds, after having united Italy stayed in the Villa and meditated "on the Enterprise" under a large tree in the park, now called Garibaldi's tree. The renovation was completed in 2016, the original decorations and colors have been found and maintained. The apartment, about 63 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed for occasional guests, an equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower. My flat is an ideal accommodation for couples, students or families with children. We put the entire apartment at your disposal, complete with every comfort and equipment such as: - air conditioning, heating; - kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator; - washing machine, iron; - satellite TV, wi-fi, internet line; - large shower, hairdryer. If you wish, we will provide you with bed linen and towels including shower towels, including pillows, and additional blankets. -The price includes all utilities with the exception of water and electricity. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and safe, easy to park. In the area, there are bars, a McDonald's, a rotisserie, a couple of restaurants/pizzerias, a historic pastry shop, a pharmacy, a laundry, shops, and shops for everyday needs. For weekly shopping and for your "out of hours" needs, there is a supermarket nearby that is open until 10 pm and on holidays (closes at 9 pm). The house is very close to the city center, Piazzale Michelangelo and the station. Palazzo Vecchio, the Accademia Gallery, and the main museums of Florence are in the center. At 50 meters from the flat, you will find the bus stop "DUE STRADE 02" for the center (numbers (hidden) minutes you will arrive in the center. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
