Rent ONLY GIRL AND FOR 1 PERSON ONLY, very comfortable room available in MILANO, Viale Gian Galeazzo, at 4 minutes walking from BOCCONI and 10 minutes walking from Duomo. Near to many universities Cattolica, Domus, Naba, IED, Iulm, Marangoni, Università degli Studi. The flat is very big (350 mq) and is located in an elegant ancient building with elevator and custodian all day long. I owns the flat, I live there too and I rent just one room with private bathroom and use of the kitchen, provided with everything. The room has a balcony and is furnished with a king size bed (160cm), a wardrobe, desk, shelves, carpet and is provided with washing machine, air conditioning, fast internet wifi without limits, balcony. Rent is € 1000 monthly, all bills included. The security deposit amounts to €3,000, equivalent to three months' rent. This amount will be deducted to cover the rent for the last three months. If the tenant will stay 6 months, the deposit will be € 2.000. Posizione strategica: 4 minuti a piedi dall'Università Bocconi e dai Navigli, 10 minuti dal Duomo. Perfetta anche per studentesse IULM, Marangoni, IED, Domus, Naba e Cattolica. L'appartamento è di mia proprietà e vi abito io stessa: è in comune solo l’uso della cucina, completamente equipaggiata. La camera ha il pavimento in parquet ed è arredata con letto matrimoniale, tappeto, scrivania, armadio con cassetti, ripiani porta oggetti, aria condizionata, WIFI, attacco TV e balcone privato. Zona servitissima dai mezzi pubblici: Tram 15, 9, 3, 10; Metro Verde (P.ta Genova) e Metro Blu (Vetra). PREZZO: 1000 EURO MENSILI TUTTO INCLUSO. La quota comprende tutte le spese (condominio, luce, acqua, gas, riscaldamento, internet e tassa rifiuti). Nessuna spesa di agenzia CONDIZIONI DI DEPOSITO: Il deposito cauzionale ammonta a 3.000 euro. Tale importo verrà scalato alla fine del periodo di permanenza per coprire gli ultimi 3 mesi di affitto (che quindi non dovranno più essere corrisposti). Se l'inquilina affitterà la stanza per soli 6 mesi, il deposito sarà di 2.000 euro (a copertura degli ultimi 2 mesi)....

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
