Near to many universities Cattolica, Domus, Naba, IED, Iulm, Marangoni, Università degli Studi. The flat is very big (350 mq) and is located in an elegant ancient building with elevator and custodian all day long. I owns the flat, I live there too and I rent just one room with private bathroom and use of the kitchen, provided with everything. The room is furnished with a king size bed (160cm), a wardrobe, desk, shelves, carpet and is provided with washing machine, air conditioning, fast internet wifi without limits, balcony. Rent is € 1000 monthly, all bills included. The security deposit amounts to €3,000, equivalent to three months' rent. This amount will be deducted to cover the rent for the last three months. L'area è servita da molti mezzi pubblici (tram 15, 9, 3, 10 ecc.) e metro verde (fermata Porta Genova). La stanza è arredata con letto matrimoniale, tappeto, scrivania, armadio con cassetti, ripiani porta oggetti ed è dotata di balcone, bagno privato (con doccia, vasca da bagno, bidet) A/C, WI FI, attacco TV. Prezzo: euro 1000 mensili incluse tutte le spese. Il deposito cauzionale ammonta a €3.000 euro, pari al prezzo della locazione di tre mesi. Tale importo verrà scalato per coprire gli ultimi tre mesi di affitto....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
