This furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the bedroom there are two single beds, the living room has a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has an oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge, coffee brewer, water cooker and much more. The window view on the backyard is like a look back in the history of this part of Berlin and shows the old brick building of a two-storey horse stable, which belongs to the blacksmith workshop around the corner. Although the flat has no washing machine and dryer in the flat, you can use our washing room with two washer/dryer combinations in another building free of charge. The apartment is located in the North of Tiergarten Park close to the inner city airport Tegel in a quiet backyard location. The next underground station (Birkenstrasse) and the next S-Bahn station (Westhafen) are about 700 meters away. Bus stops of line 123 are about 300 meters from the apartment, which takes you in a few minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From there the political city centre with the Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate are easy to reach. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
