The neighbourhood allows you to go on undisturbed strolls at any time, since it is very quiet and residential. Within walking distance you will be able to reach the bus stop, the tram stop, the supermarket, and a handful of stores and nice places to visit! Schools and kindergarten are 5mins walking distance as well. Note: Promotional rent due to ongoing works around the property! The net rent increases by €300 p.m. after completion of the construction works. Electricity contract will be in tenant's name and is not part of the service charge or net rent.
