All rooms, including the kitchen, are fully furnished and equipped so you can enjoy your stay with 9 other young professionals in Brussels. 🍽️🛋️🌿 This 1904 “Hôtel de Maître”, a mansion with 10 rooms for rent, was entirely renovated in 2020. 🏰 The 10 rooms, each including a private, modern bathroom, vary from 21 to 42 square meters each. The house is located on a quiet street, between Place Luxembourg, Place de Londres, and Square de Meeûs. The Luxemburg train station and Trône metro station are each a 300-meter walk away. 🚆🚇 All rooms are for single-use, non-smoking, young professionals with E.U. work permits. They are fully furnished and equipped with double bed, lounge chair, wardrobe, desk, etc. 🛏️🪑 All rooms have private bathrooms. The souterrain contains a very large, fully equipped common kitchen, a dining/living room with television and access to the garden (of 180 square meters, facing south). 📺🍃 The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying racks, and ironing equipment. 👕 In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 200 for all the extras included: (design and antique) furniture, bed linens, bath towels, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, and regular cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. 🛋️🛏️🧼 Even toilet paper, kitchen towels, and garbage recycling are included. ♻️ Washer and dryer use is available at a nominal cost per load.
